Today, we share with you a recipe for a dessert, which chocolate lovers will prepare again and again. It is gluten-free and loaded with omega 3, antioxidants, calcium, and fiber.
|200 mililiters of coconut milk.||30 grams of chia seeds.|
|½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.||2 tablespoons of panela.|
|½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.||1 pinch of salt.|
For the elaboration of this dessert, the first thing that has to be done is to mix all the ingredients (except the chia) until the cocoa is dissolved completely. To achieve a homogeneous mixture, the use of a mixer, cooking balloon or blender is recommended.
Afterwards, the chia seeds must be added to the mixture; depending on the consistency you want, you can blend the seeds with the mixture to achieve a creamier consistency or simply mix them for a thicker consistency. Once this step is done, the mixture must be placed in a bowl, covered, and left in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, you will notice that the mixture has darkened and become thicker. To serve, we recommend accompanying it with fruit of your choice and a spoonful of Greek yogurt or whipped cream. You can also serve it with granola, grated coconut, or pieces of bitter chocolate.
